Cariusa is the capital of the habitable moon Kar-Uj in the Gelbo system. It is home to over 50 million Humangids with small number of Tutuks. The city is directly controlled by the Council of Kar-Uj and it is also here that the council has their headquarters. Most people in this city are employed by the council and by several establishments in the area.
